Before anything is built, we define the package together: the features, the milestones, and the price. You approve all three in writing, and that price does not change. There is no hourly billing, no estimate that doubles mid-project, and no invoice surprises. If the work is not in the agreed scope, it is not in the price — and we will tell you before, not after.
Instead of a one-off package, you subscribe to ongoing design and development at a flat monthly price. You keep a queue of requests; we work on one at a time and turn it around fast. Pause when the queue is empty, cancel whenever you like — there is no long contract, and everything we build ships to accounts you own, same as a fixed package.
Most packages ship in two to four weeks from kickoff. The exact timeline is part of the scope you approve, and you see progress every week — each milestone ends with a working preview you can click through, not a status report.
You do, from day one. The product runs on cloud and App Store accounts created in your name and under your control. At launch you receive the source code, the credentials, and the documentation. If we never speak again, everything keeps working and it is all yours.
Small adjustments that fit the agreed scope happen as part of the build. Genuinely new requirements are written up as a follow-on package so the current one still ships on time and on price. This is how the price stays fixed — scope changes are explicit decisions, not silent budget creep.
Your goals, your domain knowledge, and timely feedback at each milestone. At kickoff we set up the accounts together so everything is in your name. We handle design, build, deployment, and launch.
Launch ends with a full handover: code, accounts, and documentation. If you want continued help, we can scope a follow-on package or a retainer — but nothing requires it. BSFI Consulting engagements are built so you are never locked in.
